Harry R. Holladay

Mr. Holladay attended Tulane Law School from 1975-1978, where he served on the Tulane Moot Court Board and the editorial staff of The Maritime Lawyer. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School and gained admission to the Louisiana State Bar in October 1978.

Mr. Holladay is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and Natural Resources Section), the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Louisiana State Bar Association (Mineral Law Section) and the New Orleans Bar Association.

Mr. Holladay's law practice involves property and contract matters, particularly with respect to minerals, title to property rights, mineral rights, bankruptcy and corporate financings. He has had responsibility for oil, gas and solid mineral agreements for landowners and developers. He has assisted lenders in making and restructuring commercial loans and has advised secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. For over twenty years, Mr. Holladay has issued title opinions on commercial property, including mineral rights, acquisitions and financing transactions, including onshore and offshore mineral leases, and has provided advice to operators and other working interest owners with respect to participation agreements, materialmen's liens and well operations. Mr. Holladay is a member of PLANO, an organization of land professionals based in New Orleans.
