Frank Hill

Frank T. Hill, Esq., practices law in Englewood as a sole practitioner.  His practice is limited exclusively to estate planning.  He is a 1973 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law.  An active member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association for over thirty-five years, he chaired the subcommittee which edited Colorado Estate Planning Forms, 2001 Edition, published by Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, Inc., and has been a member of the standing Orange Book Forms Committee which developed, the `83, `93 and `96 editions, as well as all subsequent editions and supplements of that publication from 2001 thru 2015.  Mr. Hill has also been a long-standing member and former chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee, a member of the Rules and Forms Committee, and has also served as a member of the Trust and Estate Section Council.  He has been a frequent lecturer on trust and estate topics at numerous continuing legal education programs.  In 2000 he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
