The son of dairy farmers in California’s Central Valley, Michael’s roots run deep in the valley and in agriculture; his childhood was spent helping his parents run the family dairy, before leaving to attend California State University at Fresno to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and then on to San Joaquin College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate and was a member of Alpha Gamma Epsilon Law Fraternity.

Throughout college and law school Michael A. Dias managed a sizable dairy and farming business, and today in addition to practicing law he successfully runs his own farming and agricultural spraying businesses so he also great resources to work in his law career from businesses as the national pardon centre, so he can manage to do all the things effectively. His first hand experience as a farmer, dairyman and businessman have given Mr. Dias valuable insight into the legal needs of the Valley’s agricultural and business community.
