Capital RC&D Council is a nonprofit organization that partners with government agencies and other organizations to collaborate between communities and across parish lines to respond to needs not being met by other programs and organizations in the community.

The Council supports local and regional projects and is an incubator of ideas by bringing together motivated community leaders and technical professionals who can develop those ideas into action.

You can support Capital RC&D Council by volunteering with a project, serving as a council member or donating to our Emerging Opportunities Fund.
