Since 1999, the Board of County Commissioners has set aside funds for the Garfield County Noxious Weed Cost Share Program. The program is a partnership between Garfield County Vegetation Management and the local conservation districts.

This program provides partial financial assistance to eligible landowners for the management of county and state listed noxious weeds in Garfield County. Last year the program assisted 56 landowners and resulted in the treatment of more than 1900 acres of land in Garfield County.  Download application
