Mr. DiRienzo began working with Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. in 1986. He held the position of Vice President-Manager until 1991.

Employed from 1991-1993 as an Engagement Manager with Real Estate Advisory Group. Employed from 1993-1995 as Vice President with Market Analysts, Inc. Rejoined Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. in 1995 as a Senior Appraiser. In 1997 Mr. DiRienzo was appointed to Managing Director. Current responsibilities consist of client relations, office administration, as well as the appraisal of property.

Appraisal assignments have included office buildings, hotels, motels, recreational properties, shopping centers, industrial facilities, vacant land, apartments, regional malls, high-tech buildings, nursing homes, subdivisions, special purpose properties, mobile home parks, congregate care facilities, leasehold/leased fee interest, feasibility analysis, mini-warehouses, restaurants, manufacturing plants, telecom buildings. Involved in testimony and representation of various clients for tax abatement hearings and condemnation proceedings in New York, New Jersey, and California.
