Donna Fletcher founded Mission Driven in 1991 to help organizations increase their financial sustainability, market visibility, and staff expertise. Notable accomplishments include:

Provided capital campaign consulting to 10 successful campaigns, including $200 million land acquisition campaign in Menlo Park, California; $26 million campaign in Palos Verdes, California; and $25 million campaign in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Developed strategic and fundraising plans for 12 clients, creating benchmarked institutional roadmaps that resulted in increased revenue, organizational alignment, and clarity in mission and purpose.
Conducted 15 board and staff retreats and 14 fundraising “audits” that have resulted in restructured fundraising operations; all clients have gone on to raise significantly more revenue than before and, in three cases, mount successful capital campaigns.
Trained staff and volunteers in all aspects of fundraising—from direct mail to membership development, communications to capital campaigns, and messaging to major gifts. Classes were conducted through more than 50 workshops sponsored by the national Land Trust Alliance, California Council of Land Trusts, and a consortium of Australian environmental groups.
