David E. Boone, a native of Aiken, South Carolina, joined Major & Company in 2004 after ten years of employment in the forest industry and two years of working as a forestry consultant. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 1990. David is a South Carolina Registered Forester as well as a South Carolina Certified Prescribed Fire Manager. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters, the South Carolina Forestry Association, and Newberry County Landowners Association. Among his many duties, David is also responsible for the firm's GIS and GPS mapping operations.
