Economic Causes of Non-Point Pollution in the Boise River

Non-point pollution creates a perplexing problem since it is difficult to relate it to specific causes. Exactly who is responsible for non-point pollution and to what degree are largely unanswered questions that need to be addressed by research. This publication reports the results of a study that aimed to better establish the relationship between urban and rural activities associated with pollution in the Boise River.
